It looks beautiful and unique in the space. It’s not like anything else on the market. It makes a statement while maintaining an elegant, but soft and inviting look. A little challenging to figure out how to hang the pendants so that it didn’t look too structured and gave more of a floating impression.

Over all I am delighted with the result. The delivery was quick. The directions are not very good. It involves one picture which the company says to follow. The diagram has pieces which are not identified and there was some confusion if it should be in the box. It ultimately was not in the box as it was not a piece in the hanging if the light . The light is Led and when asked if it could be hooked up to the existing wiring, I was finally able to find out that the wiring in the light converts the system for LED. Trying to get help on the help line was frustrating to say the least. I asked if I was speaking to a computer or AI and was told it was John. I found the responses came quickly but were condescending and repetitive. Finally I received an email from someone who clarified things for me. The system itself is actually quite well thought out. Some time is needed to assemble the parts and hang but what is nice is that the wires can be adjusted readily without cutting any wire. Although quite a bit of frustration initially, i was very pleased with the final result.
Installation was fun and like an amazing puzzle! The finish is first rate and there’s no better way for this light to shine than when it’s on a dimmer. A great architectural piece to contrast against our live edge table!

Amazing chandelier. I hesitated for a long time because the seller had few photos in their profile. I was looking for a companion piece for the chandelier, and the gold color matches perfectly. The quality and appearance are excellent. The crystals shimmer beautifully. We installed a switch mechanism ourselves because the seller didn't include one. The fixture is more beautiful in person than photos convey. It is a a great value as it is a doppelganger for a $3600 designer fixture. Absolutely love it. Additionally, Sues has great customer service and was very friendly and helpful on the phone.

As someone who’s fussy about lighting in my café, this ginkgo chandelier ticked all the boxes. The craftsmanship is superb; each leaf is shaped nicely, and the metalwork feels solid. It’s not overly flashy, which i love—adds a touch of sophistication without taking away from the rest of the interior. Even the electrician commented on how well-made it was. This chandelier is gorgeous! We are very happy with the product and the quality. We purchased the 18-light chandelier to hang over our 5-ft round dining table because we wanted the chandelier to make a statement. And it does! It was difficult to hang. It is definitely a 2-person job. It took about 4 hours to install, between adjusting the height of each light (which we did before raising it) and the actual hanging, wiring, and adjustments. We did purchase longer bolts for mounting because the ones the chandelier came with were not long enough. The chandelier is sitting 31 inches from the tabletop. We are not happy with this height and will raise the lights to probably about 37 inches above the tabletop.
