If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

For cancellations made immediately after the order, a 3% deduction is made due to the payment infrastructure.

Please note that Seus Lighting reserves the right to charge a restocking/refurbishing fee of 5% on certain items. Please note that return shipping costs will not be covered and the purchase shipping fee will not be refunded in case of a return. In addition, in the event that tax fees are paid by us for shipments to different countries, the tax fee will be deducted and refunded to your card.
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Customized products are not eligible for return.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You must contact us by e-mail for the address where the goods will be returned. Since we have warehouses around the world, the goods should be sent to our appropriate warehouse addresses according to the time of purchase.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
If the products were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. When the returned product is received, a gift card will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
