Choosing your size

• 3 Lights: Best as an accent piece: small vestibules, corners, or the bottom of a staircase. Works well in spaces around 40–80 sq ft with 8–10 ft ceilings.
• 7 Lights: Suitable for compact foyers, small stair voids, or over a side table. Good for 60–100 sq ft and 9–11 ft ceilings.
• 14 Lights:Designed for standard two-story entries and stairwells. Fits 90–150 sq ft with 12–16 ft ceilings, giving a fuller bubble look without overpowering the space.
• 25 Lights: Strong choice for large foyers or open staircases with a wide void.Works in 130–200 sq ft and 16–20 ft ceilings where a taller column of glass is needed.
• 36 Lights: Statement option for very high ceilings, tall atriums, and hotel-style entries. Best for 180–300 sq ft with 18–24 ft ceilings, especially when viewed from multiple floors.

If your stairwell or foyer sizing falls between two options, U.S. designers often size slightly larger for double-height areas so the chandelier feels proportional to the volume.

Hanging height tips

Staircase / stairwell

• Maintain at least 7 ft (84") of clearance above each step in all walking paths.
• In double-height stair voids, set the lowest crystal balls about 18–24" above the highest tread people walk on.
• For long runs of stairs, your electrician can stagger the drops to follow the line of the staircase.

Foyer / entry

• For 18–20 ft ceilings, many designers set the lowest crystal around 9–10 ft above the floor.
• For 10–12 ft ceilings, keep the bottom of the chandelier 7–8 ft off the floor to feel open but safe.

Above a coffee or dining table

• In living or dining areas, a common guideline is 30–36" from the tabletop to the lowest crystal, adjusting up slightly if the fixture is very wide or people are tall.

Each suspension wire is adjustable on site, so your electrician can create a straight column, a staggered pattern, or a denser cluster depending on your layout.

Room Placement Ideas

• Staircase chandelier – Center the canopy over the stair void and extend the crystals through the open space for a vertical light column.
• Two-story foyer – Mount near the upper ceiling; let the bubbles drop into the middle of the volume so the fixture is visible from both floors.
• High-ceiling living room – Hang above a central coffee table or seating group; the crystal spheres echo with reflections from windows and metal finishes.
• Dining room – Use the 14- or 25-light size over a large rectangular or round table for hotel-style presentation.
• Commercial lobby – 25- and 36-light options suit boutique hotel receptions, condo lobbies, and sales galleries where you want a memorable entry.
