Single-ring options

23.62" (60 cm):

• Works for rooms around 90–140 sq ft (small living rooms, bedrooms, home offices).
• Over a round or square table 30–40" wide, or a compact coffee table.

31.50" (80 cm):

• Good for spaces around 120–200 sq ft (typical living rooms, dining rooms, primary bedrooms).
• Over a dining table 40–60" long or a larger round table up to about 48".

39.37" (100 cm):

• Best for rooms around 180–260 sq ft or open concept areas where the fixture needs more presence.
• Over a rectangular table 72–84" long, or as the main light over a curved sectional.

31.50" + 23.62" (80 + 60 cm): Good for medium rooms where you want layered light and extra visual interest, such as dining rooms or lounge areas.

39.37" + 31.50" (100 + 80 cm): Suited to larger living rooms, double-use living/dining zones, or commercial meeting spaces where a single ring might feel too small.

A common U.S. guideline is for the chandelier diameter to be roughly one-half to two-thirds of the table width, or about 1/5 to 1/4 of the room’s smaller dimension.

Hanging height tips

• Over a dining table or kitchen table: Keep the bottom of the lowest ring about 30–36" above the tabletop. For 8 ft ceilings, that usually means the rings hang so the bottom is around 60–66" off the floor.
• Living room / sitting area: Aim for the lowest ring to be around 7–7.5 ft above the floor in seating zones.
• Foyer or entry: For 9–10 ft ceilings, keep the lowest point around 7–7.5 ft from the floor. For taller entries, many designers center the ring so it sits roughly at second-story railing height.

Your electrician can adjust each cable to keep the rings perfectly level or create a slight stagger if you choose a two-ring configuration.

Room Placement Ideas

• Living room – Center over a coffee table or curved sectional to anchor the seating zone without blocking sightlines to TV or windows.
• Dining room – Hang a single or double ring directly over the center of the table so the light spreads evenly across place settings.
• Bedroom – Use a single ring over the bed for a soft, hotel-inspired feel; pair with wall sconces for task lighting.
• Foyer – Install a larger single ring (31.50" or 39.37") to give the entry area a clean, modern focal point.
• Home office / conference room – Position above the main worktable to provide balanced, low-glare light during video calls and meetings.
• Retail or reception – Double rings can mark a checkout, reception desk, or lounge area with a sleek architectural statement.
