The chandelier looks amazing once installed—elegant and artistic. Unfortunately, it didn’t come with clear instructions, and figuring it out took time. One piece was slightly scratched, but not too visible once mounted. It gives off a lovely glow in the kitchen and definitely makes a statement. Customer support was helpful and offered a discount for the inconvenience. I wish the packaging had been better protected. Still, it’s a beautiful fixture and I’m happy with how it looks. Worth it in the end despite the minor issues.

Light looks beautiful as described and pictured. The materials are a bit average but it looks great. I had an issue with the order arriving damaged and I was able to chat online immediately with a real person on the chat typing, not AI (if it was AI I couldn't tell!). They were very easy to deal with and sent a replacement light very quickly - the new one was perfect. The best after sales service I've ever had.

The end product after assembly looks beautiful. There were no assembly instructions or diagrams in the packaging, and sending the Wrong bulbs( 220 instead of 110) which cost me more money to pay the electrician to figure out the problem, I am happy with the result. They refunded me the money for the bulbs that I had to purchase but not the extra money I had to pay for the extra connecting and disconnecting. Instead, they said they would send me a free table lamp!! Overall I am happy.

These lights are simple but very effective. They give the staircase a clean, modern look and provide great lighting. Installation took longer than expected because the screws didn’t fit well in the provided anchors. No instructions were included, which made the process frustrating. After getting help from a friend, we finally got them installed. Once they were up, they looked fantastic. Customer service responded quickly when I raised the issue. Overall, I’m pleased with the end result even though it required more effort than I thought it would.

These wall lights are absolutely gorgeous and give off a lovely warm glow. The glass has a beautiful Art Deco feel that instantly elevated my hallway. However, there were no instructions in the box, and the screws provided didn’t quite match the mounting brackets. It took my handyman extra time to get them up properly, which added to the cost. Customer service was responsive and offered a partial refund. Despite the small hassle, I’m very happy with the final result—they look high-end and totally transformed the space.
