Exceptional experience! Ordering was easy, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The product arrived exactly on time, and the quality is fabulous. It has a very high-end look and feel, and even the brass around the globes is premium quality. My contractor said installation was easy, and they sent complete directions with no missing parts. Everything was packaged safely.I can't stop staring at it because it is so fabulous! I have it hanging in the stairway of my mid-century Bauhaus modern home. I couldn't be more pleased. This company has a WY address in the USA, but it is a Chinese company and drop-ships from China. I didn't know this until I checked tracking. It said it left China and was in Japan, but it was supposed to be at my house the next day. I checked in the middle of the night, and it said Alaska—and then it was on my front porch in GA the next day!! I'm not sure how they handle returns, so just make sure you measure accurately. They will definitely get it to you on time.
