Arcli is designed to read as a “light sculpture,” so plan the lowest drop first, then set the canopy location for symmetry.

Quick sizing recommendations

• 3 Lights: Smaller entries, compact foyers, or tight stair landings where you want a minimalist cluster.
• 6 Lights: Medium foyers, small two-story openings, and living rooms that need a stronger focal point.
  9–12 Lights: Larger foyers and stairwells where the chandelier should be visible from multiple angles.
• 26 Lights (Round): Big-volume two-story foyers and high ceiling living rooms that need wide visual coverage.
• 26 Lights (Rectangular): Longer spaces where you want the cluster to stretch visually across the ceiling zone.

Hanging height rules by room (practical)

• Two-story foyer / entry: Many U.S. layouts look balanced when the lowest glass sits about 9 to 12 ft from the finished floor (adjust for sightlines from the second level).
• Staircase / stairwell: Maintain at least 7 ft (84") clearance above walk paths and steps. In tall stair voids, a longer staggered drop usually looks best.
• Dining room: Hang the lowest glass about 30–36" above the tabletop to avoid glare and keep conversation lines clear.
• Living room (over seating or coffee table): Aim for the lowest point about 6.5 to 7.5 ft from the floor, or higher if the fixture sits near a walkway.
• Sloped ceiling: Stagger cable lengths intentionally so the cluster still looks centered in the room volume.

Room Placement Ideas

• Stairwell: Center the canopy over the open stair void, then step the drops so the cluster follows the vertical space.
• Two-story foyer: Use 9–12 lights for most homes, and 26 lights for larger volumes with long sightlines.
• High ceiling living room: Place above a seating zone so the cluster becomes the focal feature without interrupting traffic flow.
• Dining room: Use the rectangular 26-light option when you want a longer ceiling footprint above a larger table.
